OUR MISSION

Our mission is to provide children and young adults with experienced and qualified coaching, life skills training and outreach opportunities. Our goal is to create within them the motivation and passion to succeed at whatever they do in life.

OUR VISION

BYO’s vision is to create a space for today’s youth to come together in a safe environment where they can focus on personal growth, plan for the future and build community. They will be encouraged to find their passion and purpose in life. At BYO, student athletes will have the opportunity to play all sports at one complex, making logistics more convenient for families. BYO’s dream is to create a pathway for positive change by building confidence and social skills among tomorrow’s leaders. We will encourage our older students, who have already been in the program, to return and volunteer for community outreach workshops.
