Sports Programs

Receive training by professional coaches in one of our 10+ sports programs offered. Youth will also work with assistant coaches serving as mentors, to positively impact the mental and emotional health of students and young adults.

Workshops & Activities

Opportunities for students to learn life skills, such as budgeting, time management, and goal setting, in a dynamic teaching environment.

Training & Mentoring

Engage with professional and volunteer coaches and coaching assistants for each sport, while also participating in life skills workshops and tutoring from qualified mentors.

Who We Are

Our mission is to provide children and young adults with experienced and qualified coaching, life skills training and outreach opportunities. Our goal is to create within them the motivation and passion to succeed at whatever they do in life.

About Us

Who is BYO Sports for?

Children Ages 8-18

Children will have the choice of one sport per season. They can also participate in workshops and monthly outreaches.

Young Adults Ages 18+

After graduation, we seek to keep our young adults involved by having them return as volunteers and assistant coaches.
